Why The Detox?
There always seems to be some kind of diet or reset out there that aims to improve one's health through a disciplined routine of stepping back and re-evaluating what is being consumed. I've been inspired to take this approach to social media.
I want to take a step back for the rest of the month and re-evaluate how I use social media and how I wish to use it in the future when it comes what is inputted into myself and what I output.
I want to dedicate some time to creating things, writing, and lots of thinking; something that social media can disrupt in one's life.
To shed light on this journey, I'm opening up this blog to all those who are interested in following along/wanting to keep up with me. I hope to post frequently throughout each week over topics that interest me and what I'm exploring/thinking about.
